The Challenge
Freight forwarders in the Tema/Accra corridor lacked an affordable, purpose-built system for managing warehouse operations and container imports, relying instead on spreadsheets and manual tracking.
The Solution
We architected a single-tenant-per-instance SaaS on Next.js 15, Drizzle, and Supabase, with dual role-based portals: a Warehouse Staff dashboard with full access to containers, clients, and rates, and a separate Client Portal for shipment and container tracking. Three sprint scaffolds have been delivered, with role-protected staff and client route sections currently in progress.
